WORKSHOP ON HOW MACHINES LEARN

Keeping the students engaged in learning is at the top of NMIMS’s list. Finding latest and significant activities to keep students occupied and up-to-date with everything is a step towards better learning. Believing this the Techcider club of NMIMS, Navi Mumbai held an engrossing presentation on the topic - HOW MACHINES LEARN for the STME students.

The presentation session was a representation of the idea that the similarity between computers and humans are more numerous than difference. Merging both of the mega minds to bring about a change in learning about data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, python and what makes you.

Discovering ourselves every day brings us with new innovative idea for betterment of learning. Incorporating the information well each slide was presented very well with the help of captivating images, videos and memes.

The event was made more interesting by conducting fun activities. Volunteers volunteered to participate in interactive doodling session as well. Students as spectators also enjoyed thoroughly.

An investment in knowledge pays best in interest so was this Tech cider event. The session was overall a great success and resulted in the students parting with knowledge of the topics.

The tech cider club is dedicated towards giving enriching experiences in the fields of technology to the students. These kind of activities by the club gives them a holistic experience of how things work and also sometimes make them realize their arena of interest.

Surely the tech cider club is motivated to bring in more such fun filled events which will give an overall experience.
